Dorian James Kelly Jr. was born in the community of Passage Fort, St Catherine, where he received his formal education at the Waterford Primary, Long Road All Age and Spanish Town Secondary Schools. He received his undergraduate training at Northern Caribbean University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and Theology in 2008. On November 1, 2008, he entered denominational work in Central Jamaica Conference. He serves as the Pastor of the Glengoffe District of Churches.

Pastor Kelly’s philosophy is “Love in spite of”. He has a passion for Youth Ministry and Evangelism. He shares ministry with his wife Jodi-Ann McLeod Kelly. This union has produced a son, Dontae.
